APMGuard systems are designed to assist with pool monitoring. They do not replace qualified lifeguards, safety personnel, or any other legally required supervision. APMGuard shall not be liable for any injury, loss, or damage — direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential — arising from reliance on the system in place of appropriate human oversight.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Canadian law, our total liability to you in connection with the products or this website shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
